ATTENTION TO ALL STAGES OF THE PRODUCTION CHAIN

Every day we use state-of-the-art technology to ensure thorough control throughout all production stages. Our young and passionate team is made up of wine professionals. First and foremost, oenologists Matteo Lupi and Francesco De Sanctis.

Our care is the first guarantee of the quality and authenticity of our products. We cultivate Malvasia del Lazio, Bombino, Cabernet Franc and other indigenous vines, historically handed down in our area. Our company in Frascati believes in a very short supply chain process, which has the least possible impact on the environment, protecting both the consumer and nature.

We reduce the number of production steps and trade intermediaries, to guarantee product quality by establishing a direct relationship between producer and consumer.

Circular economy

Azienda Biologica De Sanctis reuses waste that can be used, producing energy and avoiding unnecessary waste.

Organic

Our organic wine is free of chemical pesticides and is packaged according to precise ethical criteria: respect for nature and humans, quality and attention to consumer health.

Geothermal energy

The geothermal system allows us to use the heat of the ground for energy production. Therefore, we can heat or cool our homes in a sustainable way.

Our organic wine, produced without chemical fertilisers, weed killers and other products harmful to the environment and plants, has been awarded important quality certifications.

Production with low environmental impact

Azienda Biologica De Sanctis produces its organic wine using a geothermal system that powers the entire plant, reducing waste and respecting the environment.

Native grape varieties

We want to restore value to our territory: that is also why we cultivate indigenous grape varieties such as Malvasia del Lazio, Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano Toscano and Bombino. We love progress and that is why we have combined the classic local grape varieties with a special variety: Cabernet Franc.

Volcanic wines

Azienda Biologica De Sanctis is a certified producer of D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wines from Frascati. Our organic wine is born on soil rich in lava stone, basalt and tuff, immersed in spectacular hilly scenery where Lake Regillo once stood. We are located in Frascati, where the historic Vulcano Laziale is situated.
